After four years of working for an eCommerce website as the VA and Online Business Manager, I decided to take a break to be a stay-at-home mom once again. I offer the following evaluation services: Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, Parental Fitness, Sex Offender, Home and Developmental. All evaluations are conducted in-person and include a thorough clinical intake process, the use of well established testing instruments and appropriate recommendations. The evaluations have been developed with a Daubert and Fry standards approach to ensure the highest levels of validity and reliability. In most cases, deception scales are also incorporated into the evaluative process.

Online Counseling and Psychotherapy 

I offer online counseling and psychotherapy via email and chat. There are many advantages to online therapy: it is convenient for people who have busy schedules; it is a natural fit for people who enjoy language, reading, communicating via letters, email and chat; it eliminates the issues and cost of transportation; it can make the therapeutic process easier for people who have physical disabilities or who have difficulty with face to face interactions; and it can be used to enhance existing or prior therapeutic services. 

There are several different types of Counsellors. I am an integrative Counsellor which means that I do not subscribe to a “one size fits all” style of counselling but use approaches that best suit each client. My personal style can be summed up as conversational, informative and effective. I have worked conscientiously to deepen my understanding of human nature and to study the various thinking styles and approaches for the issues for which counselling is sort in order to provide the best interventions possible. I do encourage clients to be autonomous and to discover their own strengths and I help them to have the knowledge and internal resources to enable them to do so.

I have a safe, confidential consulting room in Haywards Heath but also offer online counselling and coaching services to address the needs of those in remote areas or who find face to face counselling difficult.
